Tumblers, Crafting & Father’s Day Prep – Even When I’m Not 100%!

Hey y’all, I’m back!

It’s been a couple of weeks since my last post because I’ve been a little under the weather. Aging is no joke—every day brings a new ache or creak—but I’m still grateful to be here and doing what I love. If it’s in God’s plan, I’ll be 53 on June 11, and I’m thankful for every minute, even if I don’t always wake up pain-free. 😅

Even though I wasn’t feeling my best, that didn’t stop me from crafting something new! My sweet sister asked me to make a custom 40 oz tumbler for one of her closest friends. She’s always looking for ways to support my business, and I love her for that! I won’t spoil the surprise (in case her friend sees this), but I hope it’s a hit—and that it sparks some new orders too!

Let me tell y’all: 40 oz tumblers are not for the faint of heart. Their flared shape means you need very specific measurements for the design to come out just right. I bought 8 of them and it took me two whole weeks to get 3 perfect ones! But now that I’ve figured it out, I’m ready to add these beauties to my regular rotation.

While I was in the thick of tumbler-testing, I completely missed that Mother’s Day was sneaking up on me! I managed to get a couple of mugs designed and uploaded to my Etsy shop, but now I’m thinking ahead. Father’s Day is coming, and this time, I’m ready!

This weekend I created two brand-new 40 oz Father’s Day tumblers, and I’m really proud of how they turned out. These stainless steel tumblers come with a steel straw, straw cleaner, and a screw-on handle that stays put.
