Refund Policy

Customers have 15 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Refunds are available only if:

  • The item was damaged in transit, or
  • The item failed to reach the customer.

Please note that refunds will not be issued if the customer selected the wrong color, font, or design.

No receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund request.

  • The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only for items that are lost in transit or arrive damaged.
