How long do the designs on the mugs last?
Ink sublimated mugs are crafted with a special polymer coating that lets ink penetrate deeply for vibrant, long-lasting designs. They’re both dishwasher and microwave safe—just be sure to place them on the top rack and avoid aggressive cycles such as heated drying, sanitize, or steam. On the other hand, premium smart & permanent vinyl covered mugs and tumblers showcase more intricate designs but aren’t safe for dishwasher or microwave use because the vinyl sits on the surface.
Can I request a design for my mug or tumbler that’s not on the site?
Absolutely! Select one of our personalized mugs to customize with a photo or text. To add a photo, simply upload your file on the Checkout Page. For text, enter your desired message in the Additional Details text box during checkout.
How long does it take for you to fulfill an order?
Depending on the complexity of the design, a mug can take 1 – 2 days from order placement to shipping, unless the site is experiencing a backlog of orders.
What other products do you offer?
Launched in February 2025, we’re currently focusing on mugs and 20 oz. tumblers. But the future is bright—with plans to add sublimated glass cutting boards, vases, larger tumblers, wreaths, swags, candles, and more. The sky is the limit!
