– Shipping is free, as the cost is included in the product price.
– All shipments include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days once your order has been shipped.

**5. Address Accuracy**
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

– **Lost or Damaged Items:** If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Upon successful claim resolution, a refund will be issued to the customer.

**7. Packaging**
All fragile items are carefully packaged in a gift box with bubble wrap and then placed inside an outer box to ensure they arrive safely.
